Mr. Namit Jain – Director, DJ Group

Mr. Namit Jain is a Director of DJ Group and represents the new generation of leadership driving the Group’s vision for innovation, brand creation, and business diversification. With an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building consumer-focused businesses, he has played a key role in developing new ventures and strengthening the Group’s presence across multiple sectors.

Mr. Jain is the driving force behind the Group’s consumer brands, including Tea Valley and Flipp, where he has led product development, brand positioning, marketing strategy, and business expansion. His focus on creating distinctive brands with a strong consumer connect has contributed to the successful establishment and growth of these ventures.

Mr. Arun Misra – Chief Executive Officer & Director, DJ Group

Mr. Arun Misra is the Chief Executive Officer and Director of DJ Group, bringing extensive expertise in corporate strategy, IPO, governance, finance, legal affairs, and business management. A Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS) and a Law Graduate (LL.B.) with a strong finance background, he has over a decade of experience in corporate affairs, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic business advisory.

Before joining DJ Group, Mr. Misra worked with leading listed companies, and among his notable professional achievements is his involvement in the successful Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Educomp Solutions Limited.

At DJ group, he played a key role in developing Hotels, Commercial complexes, Warehouses managing complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. He oversees corporate affairs, legal and secretarial functions, financial strategy, regulatory compliance, and business structuring across the Group’s diversified businesses, including real estate, hospitality, FMCG, and infrastructure. His strategic guidance has strengthened the Group’s governance framework while supporting its expansion into new business opportunities. His focus on transparency, compliance, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth continues to play a significant role in advancing DJ Group’s vision of building enduring and value-driven enterprises.

Mr. Abid Rehman – Chief Operating Officer, Tea Valley

Mr. Adid Rehman serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Tea Valley, the premium tea brand of DJ Group. He is responsible for leading the company’s day-to-day operations and driving business excellence across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, sales operations, and distribution.

With a strong operational mindset and a results-oriented approach, Mr. Rehman oversees the seamless execution of Tea Valley’s business strategies, ensuring that the brand consistently delivers superior quality products and exceptional customer experiences. He plays a key role in optimizing operational efficiency, strengthening supply chain management, and implementing best practices across all business functions. 

Mr. Mohan Jit Singh – Director – Administration, Facility Management & Security, DJ Group

Mr. Mohan Jit Singh serves as Director at DJ Group, where he leads the Group’s administration, facility management, and security functions across its diverse business operations. With extensive experience in organizational administration, infrastructure and facility management, and security oversight, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and secure functioning of the Group’s offices, commercial properties, hospitality establishments, and project sites.

He is responsible for formulating and implementing administrative policies, overseeing facility operations and maintenance, managing support services and vendors, and establishing robust security protocols to safeguard the Group’s people, assets, and infrastructure. His focus on operational efficiency, preventive maintenance, workplace safety, and service excellence has helped create well-managed and productive business environments across the Group.

Mr. Singh works closely with the leadership team to strengthen administrative systems, optimize facility performance, and ensure that all operations meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and business continuity. His expertise in facility planning, resource management, and operational coordination contributes significantly to the Group’s overall efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
